A storm brews over Alamogordo in New Mexico. We saw tropical weather patterns during most of our recent trip - pretty clear mornings with thunderstorms rolling in during the mid-afternoon usually followed by another relatively clear period later. This shot was taken at a pistachio farm and the wind pump offered some foreground interest.
