Aqua Building at Night, Chicago, IL

Aqua Building at Night, Chicago, IL

The organic curves of the Aqua Building in downtown Chicago are fascinating. This shot was taken at night under streetlighting and this allowed the lights within the building's apartments to create additional splashes on the curved overhangs above each balcony.

Wow, not just organic, that building looks like some kind of parasite you would find in your digestive tract. You image captures the essence of the building, what ever it is.

Wow. that’s a beautiful shot. I didn’t even know that building was in Chicago.

Thanks, Tina. I didn’t know the building was in Chicago either until Charles Dastodd pointed it out to me during our shoot that evening. It was one of the many fascinating structures I was introduced to in downtown Chicago. I must get back – what a great city!

Wow! What a shot! The way the light catches the building giving it a mottled look along with very similar clouds make it look really sci-fi.

    Great Work…
