Last Saturday was the 4th annual World Wide Photo Walk organised by Scott Kelby and I joined one of the Austin groups again to wander around the University of Texas campus and take pictures for a few hours. This event is a lot of fun and I would recommend you look into it next year if you have not taken part. It's a great way to meet other local photographers and, depending upon where your walk is taking place, get to know a new area of your city.

This image, which follows a common theme for me (triangular compositions shot from a low angle with an ultra-wide lens - predictable, yes?) shows the communications building on campus. For NPR listeners out there, this is the home of KUT, our local public radio station.
